I tried to email you direct? I have made these from GI grip safety. As Deeton said sometimes they don't fit just right. Thats the main reason I've made them. Also I've built several guns on the Essex chopped frame and the part they give you is JUNK and looks goofy! If you need one made any GOOD gunsmith should be able to make whatever you want. I don't advocate Dremmel tool smiths but you can probably make one using the dreaded dremmel! As stated, it serves no real purpose other than filling a hole.
