I don't think so because the Officer's model uses a larger grip. The Pachmayr grips for the Detonics CM are different than the ones for the Officer's Model. If you want a Pachmayr rubber grip, there is a pair for sale on ebay (Item number: 3693454468), and they also might still be available at kyimports (http://www.kyimports.com/accessor.htm#Pach). If that doesn't work out send me a message directly, as I have an extra set. Pachmayr was OEM for the Detonics Mark VI Combat Master.
