A question for those who shoot their Combat Masters a lot. What kinds of malfunctions have you had, or do you continue to have? The only kind that still comes up (only once in the last 500 rounds) is having a spent case driven straight into the forward edge of the ejection port. The case mouth looks is distorted from an "O" shape to a kind of hour glass shape. I have found cases that got out of the ejection port with a similar shape, so it happens more often than the number of actual stoppages would suggest. The last time, it happened after 100 rounds had been fired, and it happened on the last round in the mag; I'm wondering if a live round following would have helped kick it out, as appears to be the case on other occasions? I'm reluctant to take any action to fix a 1-in-500 situation, as it's distinctly possible that the failure was due to the case rim, or some other condition peculiar to that particular (reloaded) round.
