Maybe he has changed it since then, I used machine blueing to check for rub and didn't see any, BUT, after your input maybe more shooting is in line. I asked him if he would consider a CM spring and he said if the market was there he would but he sounded real busy.
Any input on early slip-fit cone barrels? You seem to be the Detonics man and I'm looking at a MKVI that from pictures had the cone added. I've built several cone barrel guns but always started with a blank and machined it to fit. the "add-cone-kit" never seemed like a good proposition to me.
