Seattle marked Scoremaster

l am fortunate enough to now own a Seattle marked Scoremaster (not new in the box but very slightly used) she is numbered in the 2500s. Which made me think about how many other Scoremasters were made while in Seattle (2500th you'll say immediately). However l read somewhere that the first 2000 or so guns/numbers were reserved for commemoratives and such. What l would like to know is if Detonics actually saved and used all the so called reserved numbers. ls there a list of Scoremasters broken down by Towns and by which starting numbers? This is the first Seattle gun l came across over the years, l have seen many Bellevue guns and own a few (no where near as many as Col. Gidian) he must own literally one of each.

l understand the Combatmasters are much more plentiful so there will always be more questions. l do enjoy seeing a few words from other Scoremaster owners few and far between though. So if anyone knows how many Scoremasters were made in Seattle or has a lead on a list l'd really like to hear from y'alls. Also, l read (here) that some guy stole a stamp and pounded out Fake Detonics were they CM's only or SM's too? And how could you tell the fakes apart?

As soon as l get my Project Scoremaster is completed l'll try to post pictures (l'm making my version of the Janus) instead of having a single port she'll have two on a Full Profile Compensator. That reminds me those people at Mag-na-port jerked me about on porting the Comp for over four months and the job wasn't even completed so l had them send it back (l should be happy they didn't wreck what my smith had started) but what kills me is that they quoted me a two day turn around. l didn't think two oval holes over the top would have been so difficult. Had all the measurements and drawings basically all they needed to do was clamp it in the CNC, true it then let the machine do it's thing. Still disgusts me (and l imagine for a good decade or more to come) good thing l wasn't counting on them to help me make a race gun. Now l think about it l should have had Burt fix me up at Storm Lake. l may since there is another project Scoremaster in the near horizon.
