It must be a MkV, because it has a dull finish all over. It has wooden grips and when I took them off today, they each had "86" writen on them with a magic marker. It HAD an adjustable rear sight (Combat selector?) that has an allen-type set screw to adjust it. Thanks for the quick replies!
