What kind of success have people had with various aftermarket mag springs? My Combat Master is very mag(spring)sensitive, and I am having a hard time finding springs that will hold their tension for any period of time. I was using an ISMI OACP spring, with a coil cut off; this worked great for a while, but after having been loaded for a couple of months, the spring no longer has enough ooomph to get the last round in feeding position. As an interim measure, I tried a Wolff spring intended for full-length 8-round mags. I figured it wouldn't work, being a couple of inches longer than the ISMI spring. To my surprise, both the full-length spring and six rounds fit in the mag. The spring has plenty of power, but I wonder if it, too will get weak after a short time. Should I just get a half-dozen springs, and rotate them often?
