Combat Master

I recently got a great deal on a Combat Master (Mark V, I think) that is in excellent condition. It looks stainless, but it could be nickel (Mk II)? It has wooden grips and an adjustable rear sight. The serial number is CR11448. Anyone know which it is? Can I tell from the serial number when it was made? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
