From what little research I've done, it looks like the external case dimensions of the .451 and the "new" .460 Rowland somewhat overlap. As I recall, the max length for the .451 is longer than the trim-to length for the Rowland, so you might be able to get away with using Starline Rowland brass, either as-is or slightly trimmed.
