Just wondering what's the best cheap practice load for Detonics Combat Master that matches the Federal Hydra-Shok.

I just got hold of a Detonics Combat Master that I plan to use for Concealled Carry. This is actually the first gun that i acquired from a friend. Upon reading all the post here, it seems like the Hydra shok is the Personal Defence load of choice but, does anybody know of a cheaper load that I can use for practice?

Any info. is greatly appreciated.
