It should have Detonics mags. I don't think I've ever seen a Detonics Scoremaster/Servicemaster mag for sale. Combat Master mags are fairly common at gunshows, but the longer ones seem to be quite rare. Depending on condition, a Scoremaster should be worth $500-$700 or a little more. The sights are probably Millett, and I don't know that they're specific to the Scoremaster.
