Yes, it can...but there are some considerations....some involve the stirrup, the thickness of the recoil cap, and how far the slide travels rearward, and where that puts the breachface....timing with the combat masters was fairly critical, as the cyclic rate was much faster than even the officers model. I have made this conversion, but why, I don't know...
