Detonics has been bought and back in business!!!!
Long time lurker first time post, but I just saw this on another forum-

Michael Bane has reported that the President of Detonics, Jerry Ahern, has announced that Detonics has officially been bought and back in business.

It seems a security company in St. Louis has bought the company and has been producing Combat Masters at their facility in St. Louis.
