were offered in .38super-i have a v and a vii in .38super and have seen vi's. i've seem maybe a dozen .38supers over the tears. the caliber was never really that popular in the us so most of them probably left the country. as for numbers-not many from the looks of things-and on top of it they only made around 26 thousand guns total.
