My CM fits perfectly in a Galco Jackass shoulder rig; the top of the holster is open just enough to clear the rear sight. When I wanted a belt holster, I was able to get a FIST Sport holster modified to clear the sight. When I phoned in the order, I provided the measurement of the sight from the rear of the ejection port, and they made a custom modification to the Officers ACP pattern to accommodate the CM.
