I just acquired a barrel, slide, and bushing for a Detonics 45, all in stainless steel. The barrel is about 3.5". Unfortunately, the recoil spring assembly and related parts are missing. Will these parts interchange with any Colt or other 1911 style pistols? If so, what do I need to buy.

The dealer I acquired these parts from also has a complete lower half in stainless steel which he wants to get rid of. What would be a fair price?
