Just got a new STI Ranger 45 mini. Fit and finish is very good. Trigger pull is very much like the Detonics (crip) and comfortable. Accuracy was as expected using a variety of 230 grn loads. 25 yrds off bench rest provided 3 1/2" groups from the begining. In my opinion it makes a very nice carry piece or off duty weapon. Slim profile grips similar to the Wilson's carry grips. Kind of high priced but what isn't these days if you expect any kind of quality. Mine came in at $875.99 + tax. I still think the Combat Masters are every bit as good and 1/2" shorter. Guess I'm too old fashion but I still am in love with the fact that the Detonics was well ahead of its time and even some of the most well worn CMs still perform flawlessly. Brad
