It's been my experience that most any magazine in good condition with a really strong spring will work. I regularly use recent production Colt magazines in several Combat Masters with no problem. The 8-round Meccar (sp?)Italian magazines (that I really prefer in my GI and Commander-sized guns) however rarely will feed an entire mag full without producing at least one round that nose-dives into the feed ramp when used in the Detonics. That's with 180/185 grain loads. With 230 grain loads it's even worse.

Maybe someone else can share some info with other brands.
