A matte SS would be a MKV. They made different blades for elevation adjustments, someone is selling them on gunbroker now. You would be surprised at how accurate these guns are when you find a load they like and get them dialed in. I've put one of mine in a ransom rest and it shot about 1 1/2inches at 25yrds with 185gr lead wadcutters moving at 800fps. Not bad for a pocket rocket! My daily carry gun is MKVII 45 acp, that's the one w/ no sights. It points so perfect that if I pull it out and point shoot I can get head shots at about 10yrds everytime. If I try to aim and use the slide I end up way low. Obviouse what the gun was made for!
