Ex-Detonics pistolsmith, Richard Niemer runs the Safari Arms custom shop under the name of Schuetzen Pistol Works. I worked with Richard on the R&D load development work for the "convertible" pistol in 45 ACP and 400 CorBon. Later, I did the development work on the 40 Super project. They built me one complete gun in 40 Super with a 6" slide that has shot several back to back 5 shot groups at fifty (50) yards that went under 1.5" Thats 50 yards not 25.
