They will fit, in the sense that they lock in the magwell, but they will hang about 1/4" below the frame. My CM is extremely sensitive to mag spring tension; I have yet to find an 8-round mag that has enough spring, and I am often changing springs in even full-length 7-rounders, as even a small degredation in spring rate changes the operating reliability from every-time to occasionally.
